Bourgogne Aligoté
Aligoté is a very old grape variety from Burgundy. The AOC Bourgogne Aligoté is a regional appellation from all Burgundy where each vineyard ensures the expression of the character which reflects its origin and terroir. In general, the Bourgogne Aligoté is tender and smooth with a floral and fruity nose and a hazelnut finish.
You can drink it as aperitif, with or without blackcurrant liquor. It is also very good with grilled fishes, seafood, salads and deli meat.
Saint Bris
L’exception en Bourgogne!
It is the unique appellation in Burgundy made from Sauvignon Blanc which is usually cultivated in the Loire Valley or in the south west. Behind its light gold colour, Saint Bris is hiding aromas of citrus fruit, blackcurrant and licorice. The taste is mineral, dry and very delicate to the palate.
It pairs very well with goat cheese, fish dishes and crustaceans.
Chablis
It is the perfect match between Chardonnay grape vines and Kimmeridgien soil. Our Chablis is exclusively aged in stainless steel tanks to let it fully express all its terroir. You can taste it young or let it develop more complex aromas after a few years.
It will seduce you with its greeny-gold color, its fresh bouquet typical of Chardonnay, its subtle and elegant palate and its vivacity.
It goes well with seafood, poultry and goat cheese. It can also match a spicy exotic dish.
Chablis 1er cru "Les Beauregards"
One only needs to stand at the top of this Climat of Chablis Premier Cru to appreciate the view and understand the origin of its name. Despite this rather southern exposure, Les Beauregards remains a cool Climat due to its topography and its location at the bottom of the valley.
Our Premier cru “Les Beauregards” is oak aged for around 12 months which gives it more structure without hiding his terroir expression.
We advise you to enjoy it after 3 years of age.
Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre "La Pierre"
Cuvée «La Pierre» takes its name from a plot overlooking Yonne river. Its white clay soil stresses the vine, which produces small but highly concentrated grapes. During the summer, the numerous stones present (hence its name!) store the heat and restore it during the night. This plot is often the first to be harvested.
This wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months plus 6 additional months in stainless steel tanks. Its intense color and greedy nose are easily associated with red meats and all kinds of cheese.
Irancy
Just like the Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre La Pierre, the Irancy is made 100% from Pinot Noir, oak aged for 12 months and 6 additional month in stainless steel tanks. The taste is vigorous and powerful with aromas of violet and red fruits such as black currant and cherry. Tannins are extremely rich which provides it a great capacity to age and a strong character demanded for a long time.
It is very good with game animals, giblets, stews and strong cheeses.
