In the land of Chardonnay, this is Burgundy’s only appellation made from Sauvignon Blanc. Our Saint-Bris comes from 40-year-old vines rooted in stony clay-limestone soils. From this fruit, we craft a fragrant wine (grapefruit, lychee, passion fruit…) that balances the grape’s freshness with the minerality of its terroir.
Mostly aged in stainless steel to preserve purity, a brief stint in seasoned oak barrels on 10% of the blend brings subtle structure to the palate. Its balance and straightforward charm make it a natural companion to seafood, salads, goat cheeses, or dishes with fresh vegetables.

Its versatility and lightness make it a fitting choice for many occasions.
A perfect marriage of Chardonnay and Kimmeridgian limestone. Our Chablis comes from several plots planted in the early 1990s, all located in the village of Courgis, with complementary soils and exposures.
Mostly aged in stainless steel to highlight its minerality, a short passage in seasoned oak (on 5% of the blend) adds complexity while allowing its timeless elegance to shine. Enjoy it young or after a few years of aging, when deeper aromas emerge. Ideal with seafood, poultry, savory tarts — and even spiced exotic dishes.
